First phase of rehabilitation for Daniel de Jong


The Dutch driver of GP2 Daniel de Jong, recovering from surgery following the accident at Spa-Francorchamps last August 23, began in Formula Medicine his rehabilitation phase to plan his return to racing.

Daniel has been prepared an intensive program personalized, lasting about six hours a day, including both physical and mental treatments.

The goal of this first phase of convalescence, which is also the most delicate, is in fact aimed at not losing or muscle tone nor the qualities of attention and concentration that characterize a pilot in full swing. This preliminary work will facilitate the final phase dedicated to recovered the maximum potential psycho-physical.

Throughout the rehabilitation phase will be supervised by three doctors with extensive experience in the automobile world, Riccardo Ceccarelli, founder of Formula Medicine, Marco Cupisti, doctor of F1 and with vast experience in the field of wheel covers, and Vito Maiolino, the surgeon who operated a very young Robert Kubica when he was in F3 allowing him to return to racing in a short time after a serious accident that risked compromettergli career.







Great satisfaction for Formula Medicine at Oschersleben


Formula Medicine’s equipe returns home very satisfied of the results scored by the drivers of BMW in the DTM Championship at Oschersleben.

In Race 1 they in fact monopolized the first four positions, even managing to place seven cars in the first eight positions. Same story in Race 2, with four cars in the first four positions and seven in the top ten.

To be pointed out that for the rookie Tom Blomqvist it was the first victory in DTM and this result represents another satisfaction for Formula Medicine seen as Tom recently carried out a period of training in our centre, which was concentrated on both physical workouts and intensive sessions of Mental Economy Training®.

Agostini wins in Vallelunga too


Riccardo Agostini, leader of the Porsche Carrera Cup, won Race 1 at the Circuit of Vallelunga, the same track where he did a test session with the Ferrari Formula 1 Car.

With this last victory the races won during the season rise up to five, which summed together to four fast laps and two pole positions, lead him to be the selected driver for the International Scolarship Program.

The driver from Padova will therefore be one of the nine best drivers, among the seven national championships, who will compete for the Porsche Motorsport selection at the end of this season, aimed at finding the “ambassador” of the brand.




Positive weekend for Formula Medicine at Nurburgring


Thanks to a second place in Race 2 at the circuit of Nurburgring, Gustav Malja confirms to be one of the best rookies in the demanding World Series Championship by Renault.

With a maximum attack race, after starting from the sixth position, Gustav managed to catch up arriving second, scoring points for the fifth time in a row and showing to be one of the most constant drivers of the category.

Busy week in FM


After the summer break, many pilots "returned to base" to continue their athletic and mental.

This week in the factory of Viareggio were present Marcus Ericsson, fresh from ninth place in the F1 GP at Monza last weekend, Michele Beretta and Nabil Jeffri, engaged in the European championship of Formula 3, Salvatore De Plano, back from two quarters positions in his debut in GP Boss, and Luke Tilloca expert karting team G Force Racing.

Among the drivers who are preparing this final season is Daniel De Jong, Dutch driver that following the accident due to the terrible accident in GP2 at Spa-Francorchamps, is undergoing sessions of mental training and physical rehabilitation ahead of his return to racing.

    

Orsini king of Mugello


Dario Orsini, after the victory at Misano Adriatic in July, in his home race was able to climb back to the top step of the podium of the Lotus Trophy Cup.

For the driver of Pisa, which is prepared in Formula Medicine in 2011, a great weekend started with the pole position on Saturday and continued with the victory in Race 1 and third in Race 2.

Formula Medicine also in the World Series by Renault


Gustav Malja, Swedish driver who is training in Formula Medicine since this season, confirmed to be one of the best rookies in the World Series by Renault, getting good results this weekend at Silverstone.

After finishing in the top ten his debut in GP2 in Spa, Gustav scored points in both races in the English circuit, confirming his position as one of the most competitive drivers of the category.

Marcus Ericsson FM after Monza


After an another very good performance, that saw him finish in the points for the third consecutive race, Marcus Ericsson went again Formula Medicine in Viareggio, with his personal trainer Alex Elgh, who is part of the team of Formula Medicine.

During his visit was performed a functional recovery session of training and was set to preparing for one of the most challenging races in the world, the Singapore GP.

Positive results in Portimao for Formula Medicine


A good team results obtained by the drivers trained by Formula Medicine in Portimao.

George Russell, Charles Leclerc, Mikkel Jensen and Santino Ferrucci occupiedthe top positions behind the unbeatable Prema.

These results are purchasing more value in a championship as difficult and high level if we consider that the first three are all rookies and Santino Ferrucci has only 17 years.

Agostini positive debut in the Porsche Supercup


Good debut of Riccardo Agostini in the Porsche Supercup Champions in the appointment of Monza.

The young driver, who is training in Formula Medicine since five years, and currently leader of the Italian Carrera Cup, was protagonist despite the physical conditions unfavorable due to an attack of fever, being able in fact to rank in the top ten in Race 1, best results for 'guests' drivers, immediately behind of much more experienced ones.
